Are your pieces handmade?
Yes, everything is handmade in the shop by Jenny.
What materials do you use?
Jenny’s work is grounded in elemental beauty. She primarily uses bronze and sterling silver, with custom pieces also available in gold and platinum. Her designs often feature freshwater pearls, leather, and raw gemstones - chosen for their unrefined elegance and the way they visibly carry the earth’s imprint.
In her early years, exotic woods played a major role in her practice, adding warmth and texture to her sculptural forms. Though her materials have evolved, that reverence for natural elements remains at the heart of every piece.

Can I request a custom piece?
Absolutely! You are welcome to visit the studio in person, or connect with Jenny virtually or over email to discuss your ideas. Whether you have a clear vision or just a feeling you want to capture, Jenny is always eager to collaborate and bring something truly personal to life.
Shipping & Returns
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we do ship internationally. If you have specific shipping needs or timing concerns, feel free to reach out — we are happy to help accommodate.
What is your return policy?
We do not offer returns, but we are happy to accommodate exchanges - either for store credit or another product. Exchanges must be requested within 60 days of purchase.
We also offer free repairs for reasonable issues. If the piece includes precious stones, a small fee may apply depending on the materials and scope of the repair.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days using traditional, cost-effective shipping methods. For U.S. deliveries, please allow up to two weeks depending on customs and carrier delays. If you need your order sooner, expedited shipping is available — just let us know and we’ll make it happen.
Care & Maintenance
How should I care for my jewellery?
To keep your pieces looking their best, store them in airtight ziplock bags when not in use — the less exposure to air, the slower the tarnish.
For bronze, a surprising trick: ketchup can help remove tarnish thanks to its acidity. Apply gently with the scratchy side of a green sponge, then rinse and dry thoroughly.
For sterling silver, you can use toothpaste (non-gel, non-abrasive) or a dedicated silver cleaner.
Do you offer repairs?
We offer free repairs for reasonable issues. If the piece includes precious stones, a small fee may apply depending on the materials and scope of the repair.
Gifting & Packaging
Is gift wrapping available?
Yes - gift wrapping is available and always thoughtfully done. Whether it’s for a special occasion or just because, we are happy to add that extra touch to make your piece feel even more personal.
Can I include a personal note?
Absolutely - personal notes are always welcome. Whether it’s a message for a loved one or something meaningful you would like included, We are happy to add that special touch to your order.
