Refunds & Returns Policy

Each piece of jewellery is handmade with care and intention. Due to the nature of handcrafted work, we do not offer refunds.

However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you wish to return an item, we accept returns within reason and within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unworn, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Approved returns will receive a credit note for future use. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
